HONEY POPCORN BALLS 
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
Optional ingredients

Put butter in heavy pan and melt. Add sugar and honey. Heat on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture reaches soft ball stage. It cooks in about 1- 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add salt and vanilla. Pour over dishpanful of popcorn. (Be sure to use only popped kernels of corn, remove the popcorn with hands to another bowl and throw unpopped kernels away). Stir mixture in gradually over popcorn so that each piece is coated and not too gooey. Cool just enough to handle - press into 24 balls. Nuts, cinnamon candies, M & M's.
