HONEY POPCORN BALLS 
10 c. freshly popped corn
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. honey
2 tbsp. butter

Combine brown sugar, honey and butter in a pot over low heat. Cook until mixture bubbles around edge. Remove from heat. Pour over the popped corn and mix gently with a spoon. Allow to cool slightly.

Grease hands and form the honeyed corn into balls. Place on waxed paper and allow the balls to cool and harden. (Makes 14 to 15 popcorn balls.)
