HONEY PUFF BALLS (Stroffoli) 
6 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Begin with mixing the flour and the eggs. Then add oil, salt, sugar and teaspoon vanilla. This is to be mixed in large mix bowl.

Please note: This mixture is to be mixed by hand.

Once dough is ready it is to be cut into small strips approximately 1 inch in width and 12 inches in length. Each strip then is cut into smaller pieces about the size of a marble. Once this is done, take a frying pan and add vegetable oil. Frying pan should be covered with oil.

Add puff balls and fry on low heat. Each batch should take about 5 minutes or until they turn golden brown. It is important to stir frequently to avoid them from burning. Once done take a hand strainer and strain puff balls of any oil. Add honey while still warm with a spoon. Ready to serve either warm or cold.
