NO BAKE HONEY ALMOND BALLS 
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of salt
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
Chopped almonds or confectioners' sugar

Combine crumbs, honey, butter, lemon rind and juice, cinnamon, salt and almond extract.

Stir in cherries and toasted almonds. Form into balls 3/4-inch in diameter; roll in chopped almonds or sugar, as desired.

Makes 36.
