ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten slightly
Dash salt
1 c. evaporated milk
1 lg. can (#2 can) crushed pineapple, drain well
1 qt. fresh bread cubes (1/2 loaf or about 4 c.)

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and salt; mix well. Add milk, pineapple and bread crumbs. Stir until combined. Pour into baking dish (8 x 8 x 2 inches). Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
