VERA'S EGGS 
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (sausage may be used)
8 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. butter
6 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper

Soak bread crumbs in milk, drain, but save milk. Combine milk with eggs, salt and pepper. Melt butter in fry pan. Cook eggs in butter until almost set. Add bread crumbs to eggs, mix well. Pour egg mixture into 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Top with cheese and bacon and buttered bread crumbs (I forgot this). Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Can be made ahead of time.
