DELMONICO POTATOES 
4 c. cubed or sliced cold boiled potatoes
3 c. thin white sauce
2/3 c. grated mild cheese

Arrange potatoes and cheese in alternate layers in casserole. Cover with white sauce and bread crumbs. Bake until crumbs are brown in a 350 degree oven. Serves 10.
