INDIAN FRIED BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2/3-3/4 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients; add milk and mix well. Pat out on floured flat surface until 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Slice into 2 x 3 inch or 3 x 4 inch pieces. Fry in 1/2 inch oil, browning on both sides. Serve warm with butter, honey or syrup. Serves 4. Easy and quick!
