INDIAN FRIED BREAD 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder

Slowly add warm water (a tablespoon at a time) while kneading your mix. Knead until it is mixed well enough to make small round balls (a little bigger than golf balls). Grease them and wait 20 minutes. Roll very thin and place in very hot oil. Fry like doughnuts. Drain and serve warm. May be eaten with sprinkled powdered sugar, honey or beans and cheese.
