HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. diced or chopped bananas

Mix by hand in order given. Stir until well mixed. Spoon batter onto greased 9 x 13 inch pan; bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

Frost with cream cheese frosting.
