TEXAS EGG NOG 
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. cider
1 qt. rich milk or milk and cream
Nutmeg

Into a blender, put the eggs, sugar and nutmeg; beat until thick and creamy. Add cider mix, add milk, mix well. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
