1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage, ground
1 egg
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt & pepper
Onion & garlic powder
Bread dough (can be found in the freezer dept.)

Brown sausage. Roll dough (13 x 16 inch). Using oil on board for easier rolling. Baste beaten egg onto dough, saving small amount for top of bread. Sprinkle sausage, cheese and spices onto dough. Roll up dough into a loaf. Allow to stand for 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 to 1 hour.
