STUFFED CHEDDAR PEPPERS 
1 lg. green pepper
1 slice bread, diced
2 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. tomato juice

Use 3 tablespoons of juice to moisten bread; use rest to cover when baked. Parboil peppers 3 minutes and cut lengthwise; stuff. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
