PEPPERED CHEDDAR DIP 
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 tbsp. minced green pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 tbsp. milk

Mix all ingredients. If necessary, add another tablespoon milk to make a good dipping consistency. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Crisp carrot sticks, celery sticks and cucumber slices are the perfect go-with for this dip. Yield: 2 cups.
