4 tbsp. olive oil
1 pkg. onion soup mix
6-8 potatoes

Peel and quarter potatoes. Boil for 20 minutes or until soft. Drain. Mix oil with onion mix in a large bowl. Put potatoes in mix until covered completely. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until browned.
