CRABMEAT QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. fresh crabmeat OR
1 can crabmeat
8 oz. diced Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. sliced green onions

Blend first four ingredients together. Add next four ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into a thawed 9-inch pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
