CRABMEAT QUICHE 
4 oz. crabmeat
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated
Skim milk
2 oz. Swiss cheese, cubed
Dash of Pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Spread crabmeat in sprayed Pyrex pie plate. Beat eggs with milk. Add cheese and seasonings. Mix well, day before. Pour over crabmeat and bake in 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes or until firm.
