MICROWAVE CRABMEAT QUICHE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. crabmeat, flaked
2 tbsp. sherry
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
4 eggs
Pinch red or white pepper
1/2 c. shredded Swiss & Cheddar cheese

In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter on high 30 seconds. To bowl; add chopped onion and microwave 3 minutes. To bowl; add crabmeat, sherry and pepper and microwave minute.

Combine cream, egg and red or white pepper. Add to the above and pour into an unbaked pie crust and top with cheese mixture. Top with paprika. Bake in a regular oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
