SHRIMP AND CRABMEAT QUICHE 
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 can shrimp, drained
1 can crabmeat, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (9 inch) pie crust

Bake pie shell 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Saute onion in butter. Add eggs and milk and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
