CRABMEAT QUICHE #1 
9" partially baked pie shell, cooled
8 oz. crabmeat
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. Angostura bitters

Combine eggs, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cheese and crabmeat. Sprinkle with bitters. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
