CRABMEAT QUICHE 
1 pie shell baked
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can crabmeat
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 sm. can fried onions (Durkee)

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients, saving 1/2 of the fried onions. Pour into baked pie shell. Spread remaining onions on top. Bake 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Serves 5 to 6 people.
