CRABMEAT QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. light cream
7 1/2 oz. can crabmeat
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1/3 c. thin sliced green onions

Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Stir in drained crabmeat that has been flaked, grated Swiss cheese and green onions. Mix thoroughly. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell.

Filling can be prepared day before. Do not pour into pie shell until ready to bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
