SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. catsup
1 chunk ginger root or 1 tsp. powdered ginger
Garlic, 1 clove
1 family pack chicken wings
Flour

Heat sugar, vinegar, catsup, ginger and garlic in small pan and let simmer for 20 minutes. Cut chicken wings into sections. I throw away the wing tip section. Flour your wings and brown lightly in oil. Put browned wings in your electric skillet or crock pot and pour sauce over it. Let simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with rice.
