SWEET `N SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings
Garlic powder
1 c. cornstarch
3-4 eggs, well beaten
Toasted sesame seeds
Green onions, chopped

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chicken broth
6-8 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Cut chicken wings at joint. Make stock with tips of wings. Sprinkle remaining pieces with garlic salt. Leave 1 hour. Dust pieces with cornstarch. Then dip in eggs and fry until lightly browned. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan. Heat all sauce ingredients together in pan until sugar melts. Pour sauce over wings. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with sesame seeds and onions when ready to serve.
