SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
12 chicken wings
2 beaten eggs
1 c. cornstarch
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion salt
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Cut wings into sections, sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion salt and garlic powder. Roll in cornstarch. Dip in beaten eggs. Fry in oil until brown; lay in baking dish.

SAUCE:

2/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. water
1/4 c. chicken broth
4 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Heat sauce in pan until sugar dissolves, pour sauce over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
