SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. plain flour
eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 to 2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. water

Mix together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over chicken.

Bake at 350°F about 45 minutes or until done. Adjust ingredients according to number of servings.
