1 lb. hamburger meat
1 lb. sausage
2 chopped onions
1 large bell pepper, chopped
garlic powder to taste
1 large jar sliced mushrooms, drained
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel

Brown meat together; add all ingredients except cheese. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Break cheese into large chunks and add to meat mixture. Heat on low, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
