FIESTA MEAT DIP 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel
1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Cook hamburger meat and sausage. Drain. Melt cheese, add garlic and Ro-tel. Add meat to cheese mixture. Serve over rice, noodles, or serve as a dip with carrot and celery sticks and cauliflower.
