STEAK & POTATO SUPPER 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
Flour
Salt
Pepper
4 med. potatoes, pared & thinly sliced
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. boiling water

Cut steak in serving size portions. Coat with flour, salt and pepper mixture. Slowly brown in hot fat 25 to 30 minutes. Cover tightly and simmer until tender, adding water if necessary. Layer potatoes and onions over meat. Season. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Pour over meat. Cover tightly and cook slowly until potatoes are done, 35 minutes. Add water if necessary.
