BLACK AND WHITE DESSERT 
1 cube butter, melted
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 of 9 oz. carton Cool Whip

Mix sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. 2 1/2 c. cold milk

Mix together as stated on the package. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.

Spread on top. I add more Cool Whip, enough to at least cover the chocolate layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top, if desired. Keep refrigerated. Will also freeze.
