APPLE DUMPLINGS 
2 large Delicious apples, cut into 8 quarters
1 stick melted butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. orange juice
1 can original crescent rolls

Melt butter in small saucepan. Mix sugar and cinnamon; add to butter. Add orange juice and stir until mixed well. (I usually leave mine on stove until it almost comes to a boil.)

Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with Pam. Wrap each apple quarter with a roll and seal. (I put flour on foil and press on each of the 8 crescents until they are as large as possible; makes it easier to wrap apple quarter.) Place wrapped apple quarters in dish and pour mixture over rolls. Place in 350°F oven. Brown on one side; turn and brown on other.
