PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. butterfly loin pork chops (2 per person)
2 c. raw rice
4 c. beef broth
Chopped celery, onion, mushrooms

Combine rice, broth, celery, onion, mushrooms in large casserole. Put pork chops on top. Bake at 325 degrees until moisture is absorbed. Cover with foil and turn to warm until ready to serve.
