CORN BEEF PATTIES 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. shortening
1/4 c. milk

Make like biscuits, roll out to 1/8" thick. Cut in squares. Put in cupcake tins.

FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can corn beef, cut up
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
Pepper
2 tbsp. flour

Melt butter, add onions, cook slowly until soft. Add flour, stir to blend. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer about 10 minutes. Put in unbaked patty shells and bake at 375 degrees until slightly brown.
