1 lb. ground beef
Soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
Mushrooms, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Your favorite cheese, 4 slices
Salt & pepper to taste
4 pieces aluminum foil

Make beef into patties and place each one in center of a piece of foil. Sprinkle with sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Add onions, peppers and mushrooms to each one. Close foil making sure no juice can leak out. Cook at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. When about done take out of oven, open foil and put a slice of cheese on each one. Close foil and return to oven for 5 minutes allowing cheese to melt.
