MEXI BEAN AND BEEF DIP 
1 lb. extra lean hamburger, sauteed and seasoned
1 lg. can Rosarita refried beans
1 onion, chopped
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lg. can Ortega green chilies, diced
Hot sauce to taste

Cook in crock pot. Serve warm in crock pot, with tortilla chips, or Fritos.
