1 box chicken flavored Rice-a-Roni
1/2 green pepper
12 black olives
1 jar marinated artichokes
5 green onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Cook rice to package directions. Set aside. Drain artichokes and add to mayonnaise. Mix in vegetables and pour over rice. Mix and serve.
