RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni chicken flavor
2 to 3 green onions, thinly sliced
8 to 16 stuffed olives, sliced
2 (16 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, sliced
1/4 to 3/8 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Cook rice as directed (in water with seasoning packet). DO NOT FRY! Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Add onions, olives and artichoke hearts. Blend oil from artichoke hears with mayonnaise and curry powder. Mix this dressing into the salad. Refrigerate.
