RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni (fried with almonds)
1 can artichoke hearts and oil, cut up
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. ripe olives, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. slivered almonds
4 green onions and tops, sliced

Cook rice as directed. Add other ingredients. Make at least 3 to 4 hours ahead. Can be made a day before.
