RICE SALAD | |
2 pkg. Rice-a-Roni pilaf 2 stalks celery, chopped 1/3 c. chopped green onion Dash of lemon juice 1 sm. jar marinated artichoke hearts 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley Mayonnaise to taste Make rice as package directs. Set aside to cool. Drain oil from artichoke hearts into cooled rice. Chop or slice artichoke hearts into cooled rice. Chop or slice artichokes and add to rice. Add celery, parsley and onion; toss. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice to desired consistency. Chill. |
