GERMAN PANCAKES 
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease 9 inch heavy frying pan. Put eggs in blender on low (until light yellow in color). Stop blender, add remaining ingredients, cover and process at mixer (low) until smooth. Pour batter into frying pan and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake 10 minutes. Slip onto heated plate. Serve with melted butter, lemon juice, and dust with powdered sugar. Cut into pie pieces. Enjoy!
