GERMAN PANCAKES 
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Butter 2 (9 inch) round cake pans. Beat eggs until light colored. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake 10 minutes more. Turn out on plate. Serve with berries (sweetened and thickened) and whipped cream or vanilla yogurt.
