GERMAN PANCAKES 
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
4-6 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in 2 (9') pie plates or a 9"x13" baking dish. Combine eggs and milk and beat well. (Can use blender.) Add flour slowly. Beat or blend well. Pour batter into baking dish(es) and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Be ready to sit down to eat when the pancakes come out of the oven. They will be really fluffy! Serve with syrup or fresh fruit and powdered sugar.
