1 1/2 c. zucchini, grated and pat dry
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. oregano
Salt
Pepper

Mix well and fry on buttered griddle.
