NO-PEEK CHICKEN AND RICE 
3/4 c. reg. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 5 quart oblong dish, combine uncooked rice, condensed soup, onion soup and water. Place chicken on top of rice mixture and cover. Bake 1 1/4 hours until chicken is tender and rice is done.
