SOUTHERN CORN CUSTARD 
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
Cracker crumbs
Butter
3 eggs
2 c. whole kernel corn
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Beat eggs well; combine with corn, butter and milk. Stir well. Add seasoning and sugar; pour into a buttered casserole; sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until custard is firm. 6 servings.
