COLD PEA SALAD 
3 pkg. frozen peas
1 lb. cooked crumbled bacon
1/2 white onion, chopped
1/2 lb. cubed Swiss
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder

Blanch peas in hot water; bring to slight boil, but do not boil; drain well. Rinse with cold water until cool and drained. Add crumbled bacon, chopped onion and cubed cheese. Toss.

Add sour cream, mayonnaise and curry. I make the dressing to taste. The key is don't use too much sour cream. Chill in refrigerator.
