COLD PEA SALAD 
2 lg. pkgs. frozen peas (family size)
1 sm. onion, chopped
8 hard boiled eggs

Cook frozen peas only about 3 minutes, then spread them out on cookie sheet to cool. When cooled, put the peas, chopped onion and chopped eggs in a mixing bowl and put the dressing ingredients over and mix well. Keep salad refrigerated until ready to serve.

DRESSING:

1 c. Kraft Miracle Whip dressing
1-2 tsp. sugar
Pinch of salt

Mix the dressing ahead of time so the sugar gets dissolved.
