Olive oil
1 slice ham
1/2 c. LaVictoria Salsa
2 cap fulls vinegar
1/4 of an onion
Pepper and garlic salt
5 eggs

Cover bottom of pan with olive oil, slice ham into small pieces and add all ingredients together, then add 5 eggs, cook until done.
