CORNED BEEF WITH VEGETABLES | |
1 seasoned corned beef from market Boil until tender - remove from stock and place in baking pan. Cover the top of meat with a mixture of brown sugar and Frenches mustard mixed together. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes or until topping becomes slightly crusted. Use stock to boil vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots, and cabbage). |
