VEGETABLE CASSEROLE WITH CORN 
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can Mexicorn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 sm. can English peas

Drain vegetables, mix with 1 1/8 cups mayonnaise and pour into oblong casserole. Cover with slices of American cheese. Mix 1 stack crumbled round crackers with 1/2 stick melted butter; sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
